A validated VAT ID is used where applicable for B2B VAT treatment, such as an eligible intra-EU reverse charge.

Without a valid VAT ID, VAT applicable to the transaction is calculated and collected at checkout.

Not providing a VAT ID does not by itself make the customer a consumer.

Who can purchase Ned?

Ned is sold exclusively for business and professional use — companies, sole traders, freelancers, and other self-employed professionals, including Lithuanian individual activity (individuali veikla). VAT registration or incorporation is not required.

Is there a free plan or trial?

No. Access begins after payment. Agency prospects may receive a product demonstration before purchasing.

How does annual pricing work?

Annual subscriptions cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments — twelve months of service for the price of ten.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is one brand or one client: its calendar, content, connected social profiles, media, links, and bio pages.

What counts as a social profile?

Each connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account uses one social profile. Every workspace includes 3 today.

What are AI credits?

AI credits measure use of Ned's AI generation tools. Most actions use 1 credit, while larger calendar generations use up to 3. Your plan's monthly allowance is shared across all workspaces and resets monthly on your credit reset date. Failed generations do not use credits.

How does storage work?

Storage is pooled across all your workspaces at 10 GB per workspace, and every plan includes unlimited members.
