This policy applies to cookies and similar technologies used on Ned's website, web application, and related services. Ned is operated by Rezio, MB, company code 307540087, registered address Vėtrungių 101-284, 06334 Vilnius, Lithuania. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information more broadly.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website or application. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, can also store or read information on your device. In this policy, "cookies" refers to cookies and similar technologies.

Ned uses the categories below. Measurement and Marketing cookies are not set until you grant the corresponding consent. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Strictly necessary

Required for security, authentication, consent storage, and core application behavior. These technologies are always active because the Service cannot function safely without them.

Measurement

Google Analytics runs in Advanced Consent Mode across Ned. When Measurement is denied, Analytics storage stays denied and Google receives limited event and consent pings without Analytics cookies. Granting Measurement allows first-party Google Analytics cookies and loads strictly masked Microsoft Clarity recordings only on the landing and pricing pages. These technologies are not used by Ned to sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or retarget you.

Marketing

Would permit technologies used for advertising, campaign conversion measurement, or retargeting. This category is currently inactive: Ned has not installed Meta Pixel or any other marketing tag. Adding a marketing vendor requires updated disclosures and a fresh consent choice.

Cookies Ned sets on its own domain

Cookie names may include framework-specific prefixes; the table reflects the canonical names set by the application. The exact list will be updated as Ned adds or removes features.

The following third-party providers receive data or may set cookies when the corresponding feature and consent state allow it. Google Tag Manager itself does not set Analytics cookies; the Google Analytics and Clarity tags it manages follow the controls described above. Provider policies also apply:

Strictly necessary cookies are retained only for as long as needed to provide security, authentication, consent storage, and core Service functionality (see the table in §03 for specifics). Google Analytics user- and event-level data is configured for 14 months. Clarity playback data is retained for 30 days, while aggregated click, heatmap, or labeled-session data may be retained for up to 9 months. Consent choices are retained until you update or clear them.

You can accept, reject, or customize Measurement and Marketing technologies through Ned's privacy choices banner or consent dialog. Strictly necessary technologies remain active. Rejecting Measurement prevents Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and blocks Clarity entirely, but limited Google cookieless measurements continue as described above.

Withdraw or change your consent — You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the page footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We may update this policy when our cookie practices, providers, or retention periods change. The version and last-updated date at the top will reflect the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required.
